6 side open push up
12 lunges
6 Hollow Rocks

 

Metcon

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

3 Mile Run, enter this time into TRIIB or Strava
10 Strides (100M @90% effort then walk 5M then jog 95M)

Superset:
5-10 Chin-ups (toe-on-box assisted as scaled, as hard as possible)
10 Object 1 Arm Rows
10 Object 1 Arm Hammer Curls (grab like you would hold a hammer)
