Established in 2015 and founded with an emphasis on CrossFit and SGX Spartan/Obstacle Course/Boot Camp training, we have since grown to offer a multitude of programs all designed to offer our athletes a variety of training options. In addition to CrossFit and Obstacle Course training, we also offer Iron Madeinz (women’s only barbell), Olympic Lifting, RTX (rucking), CrossFit You, High School Strength & Conditioning, and Yoga.
While we have competitive athletes in our community, we have many members that are just getting back into fitness after years of being on the fitness sidelines! It is never too late to start, and the accountability, encouragement, and supportiveness of our community and coaches will help you reach your goals.
